Prof. Umang Ghildyal
Mr. Umang Ghildyal is serving as Assistant Professor of Law at KIIT Deemed to be University and has completed his graduation specialising in Corporate Laws from Institute of Law, Nirma University post which he completed his post-graduation specialising in Corporate Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur. He is currently pursuing his PhD from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. Before joining KIIT School of Law, Mr. Ghildyal was associated with School of Law, Galgotias University where he taught Competition Law, Banking and Insurance Laws, Investment and Security Laws, Law on Corporate Finance and Moot Court Training. He is currently teaching Banking Law, Investment Law, Business Laws and Competition Law.
